Q: How can I contact you?

Q: How will you ship your puzzle to me?

We fulfill all of our orders from our Amazon warehouses.  This means that your order is backed by the logistics of Amazon and will arrive in an Amazon box.

Q: Where is my order?

You will receive an email when you place your order.  There will be another email sent when your order has been shipped.

Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?

We start processing your order when you submit it, so we cannot cancel, edit, or add products to your order.  See below for our return policy.

Q: I'm missing a puzzle piece!

We endeavor to provide the best quality to our customers.  If you are missing a piece, please reach out to us at support@neithgames.com with your order number and a picture of where the missing piece should be.  We will mail out a replacement piece directly to you at no cost.

Q: My puzzle arrived damaged, what do I do?

We endeavor to provide the best quality to our customers.  If your puzzle arrived damaged, please reach out to us at support@neithgames.com with your order number and a picture of the damage.  We will mail out a replacement directly to you at no cost.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Unfortunately, we are limited to shipping within the United States at the moment.  As we expand, we will be able to ship internationally.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Amazon Pay, PayPal, JCB, Diners Club, and Venmo.
